MP-2023, Annual Campus Continuing Services for Minor Projects

Construction Management Services

The University of Florida Board of Trustees has a need for thirteen (13) continuing services construction managers for minor projects to provide renovations and new construction services for Minor Projects on an ongoing basis.  A UF Campus Service Minor Project is defined as a project that has a total budget of less than $4,000,000 at completion of the project.

Pre-proposal conference (mandatory): Friday, February 3, 2023, 9:30 – 11:30 AM, East
Campus Sunshine Skyway Conference Room

Electronic submission of the required proposal must be received by the University of Florida Planning, Design, & Construction Division to both Francisco Oquendo at  foquendo@ufl.edu and Frank Javaheri at fjavahe@ufl.edu no later than the deadline of Friday, February 17, 2023, 3:00 PM, local time.
