Program Eligibility Criteria

• Business provides service in the construction or construction-related
• Minimal or never done business directly (not through a general contractor) with UF during the last 12 months.
• Mandatory workshop attendance to understand how to navigate UF’s processes for doing work
• Business location must be within the listed counties: Alachua, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Gilchrist, Levy, Marion, Putnam or Union Counties
• Business size cannot exceed
  • 15 permanent employees
  • $1 million net worth
• Firm or owner must have at least 2 years of commercial experience or have completed at least 6 projects/jobs in commercial work
